Died of Wounds: 14 May 2004 (aged 22) in Baghdad, Iraq
Buried: Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery, San Diego, California
SGT Brud Cronkite died on May 14 in Baghdad from injuries he sustained on May 13 when a rocket-propelled grenade was fired into a nearby building while he was on security patrol in Karbala, Iraq.
