Born: 17 May 1977 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina
Killed in Action: 15 Nov 2003 (aged 26) in Baghdad, Iraq
Buried: Center Church Graveyard, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
SGT Hayslett died while on patrol in Baghdad when an IED exploded overhead on a bridge as his HMMWV passed underneath.
