Killed in Action: 15 Nov 2003 (aged 26) in Baghdad, Iraq
Buried: Center Church Graveyard, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
SGT Hayslett was killed in Iraq when a grenade was thrown into a Humvee as it was driving down a side street in Baghdad.
