Buried: Saint Matthew Lutheran Cemetery, Lemont, Illinois
SGT Terry Lisk, HHC 1-37, was killed by enemy mortar fire in Ramadi, Iraq. In happened after a night attack by TF Bandits seized the buildings that would become Combat Outpost Falcon. The morning light brought a strong enemy response with mortar and small ams fire raking the position as we built our defenses. Terry was with the Support Platoon as it delivered barrier material and supplies in the midst of the fight when a 120mm mortar exploded nearby.
